Our members are individual residential customers of Michigan electric and gas utilities. We need Certified Members to satisfy the standing requirements for CUB of MI to Intervene before the Michigan Public Service Commission and any other state or federal agencies, commission or courts on behalf of residential ratepayers.

We are only required to take an oath that we represent members that are individual customers of the particular utility we are engaging with.
